Improving Law enforcement • Adopt the motorway police model for traffic police • Provide road furniture to assist public compliance and police action • There is need to legalize transport sector • Implement third party insurance to give relief to injured road users • Police should be provided with effective enforcement tools from fines • Deal traffic accidents through MVO and traffic police
