Audit and Surveillance Activities Completed: • January 24-25, 2012 - LANL/CCP Surveillance, evaluating High Energy RTR unit (Steve Holmes) • February 13-16, 2012 – Washington TRU Solutions (WTS) and Regulatory Environmental Services (RES) Permittee Waste Confirmation Surveillance (Ricardo Maestas) • March 27-28, 2012 - Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL)/CCP Audit (Steve Holmes, Connie Walker)

  5. Audit and Surveillance Activities Still To Be Done: • April 9-12, 2012 – WTS QA Audit in Carlsbad (Steve Holmes) • April 17-19, 2012 – Ventilation Surveillance, Carlsbad (Ricardo Maestas) • April 24-26, 2012 – Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory (BAPL)/CCP Closeout Audit • May 15-17, 2012 – Hanford/CCP Recertification/Closeout Audit in Carlsbad • June 11-14, 2012 - Idaho Falls (INL)/CCP Analytical Labs Recertification Audit and INL/CCP Recertification Audit • July 24-26, 2012- LANL/CCP Recertification Audit • August 7-9, 2012 – Sandia National Labs (SNL)/CCP Recertification Audit

Audit Reports • Savannah River Site (SRS)/CCP RH A-12-04 • NMED received February 28; NMED letter due April 13, 2012 • Advanced Mixed Waste Treatment Project (AMWTP) Audit Report A-12-03 • NMED received March 18; NMED letter due May 2, 2012 • CCP QA Program Audit ReportA-12-09 • NMED received March 20; Did not involve a C6 checklist.

Other Activities • February 14-16, 2012- NMED review of the Permittees Waste Confirmation (C7) process • March 2012- Secretary Dave Martin, Office of General Council Ryan Flynn, Deputy Secretary Butch Tongate, Division Director Jim Davis met with DOE/WTS Upper Management • March 2, 2012 - HWB issued a letter regarding ORNL partial audit • April 3-5, 2012 - Some NMED attended the NNFCS in Carlsbad
