Changing Brushes on 7.2-in “Redesign” & “Premier” Motors. The FIRST step is to . Unplug the motor!. Remove Brush Clip. Disconnect brush from lead terminal. Connect new brush to lead. Insert new brush on holder and replace clip. Then, seat the brushes.
