  2. What is GKVRGo? • GKVRGo is a SMS response service. • It allows GKVR member to request GKVR information by texting. • The number for GKVRGo is 1-876-260-GKVR (4587). • GKVRGo's help function assists GKVR members to understand how to use the SMS response tool. Customer loyalty card

For example: gift*120XXXXX*120XXXXX*100. • What does the help command do? • It provides instructions in regards to balance enquiry, redemption, gifting and the available reward options. • Can I redeem phone credit with GKVRGo? • Yes, members can easily top up their own phone via SMS. GKVRGO FAQs • How do I know what product code to use? • In order to access the product code listing, please use the following steps: • Send 'help' to 1-876-260-GKVR (4587). • Send 4 for rewards. • Send the corresponding number for the rewards category you want to redeem. For example: Send 1 for Hi-Lo Rewards. • Write down the corresponding product code. Example: HL500. • Place the selected product code in the following command: redeem* your GKVR number*the quantity of the product *the product code.
