FS will document the following: • Requirements • Contains detail business requirements required to be developed. • Contains details detail logics to be developed. • Test Cases (including test data) • Test cases are detailed step-by-step instructions that will be used to validate how the developed functionality works from an end-user perspective.

  4. 2. Review Functional Specification (FS) A Functional specification design is to clearly communicate user and business requirements at a detailed level. Our tasks are to: • Identify Opportunities for Reuse • Entry Criteria • Understand Business Requirements • Understand Testing Requirements

  5. 3. Develop Codes Once the Technical Specification has been completed, the technical specification initiates the coding stage.  In this stage we will: • Code Program(s) • Compile program(s) • Update Component Test Plan • Document any Issues and Changes

  6. 4. Codes review by development manager • Better Review = Better Quality • Our development manager will find and fix mistakes overlooked in the initial development phase, improving the overall quality of the system development. • We use the following approaches to ensure the quality of the system: • Code Review process • Review by Team

  7. 5. Perform Development Testing • Our developers will conduct the development testing in order to ensure the system will serve the following purposes: • Quality Assurance • User’s requirement Compliance • This can also serve to validate and verify other quality attributes of the system, such as scalability, reliability and system resource usage.

  8. 6. Gate Test • Also call User Acceptance Testing which will be performed by both SIS and our client to demonstrate that the outcome of the development meets the expected results as documented in test case scenarios.

  9. 7. Development Acceptance • This last activity will be performed by our client to confirm the development is completed successfully. • This confirmation can be done through mail.
