Half Hour Meter Operator Un-metered meter administrator Contractor: Essex County Council utilises the services of Laser energy buying group for the planning, procurement and management of electricity and gas contracts. Laser is part of Kent County Council Commercial Services, representing over 70 local authorities and publicly funded bodies. Supply agreements are let with various energy suppliers including NPower and British Gas. Pricing: Owing to the nature of the electricity/gas markets all connections are priced individually and are subject to market conditions at the time of establishing pricing. Laser utilises a range of procurement strategies and techniques to manage market risk, obtaining cost advantages. .

Contractor: Pace Petroleum Ltd Pricing: Prices are circulated every Monday and are subject to commodity market fluctuations. If you wish to be placed on the price circulation list please contact, as below. Prices charged are not date of order but the date of delivery. Therefore, make sure you place your order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday if you want to benefit the price of the week of ordering. Any orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be charged the following week’s price due to 48 hours delivery term. There are no small load premiums. Delivery: 48 hours from receipt or order. Special terms may be applied for public holidays if in doubt contact Pace.
