  3. STUDENT RECORD RESPONSIBILITY • Cohort Clerks-High School Only • Withdrawals/Transfers • Withdrawal Record • Cum/perm • PowerSchool • Transfer Record • Records Requests • Mailing of records • Inactive records

STUDENT RECORD RESPONSIBILITY • Counselors • Registration • Residency backup • Cums/perms • Help with “clean-up” • Record transfer grades • End of the year procedures for grades/labels • Summary of High School Credits • LSC records to MOD sticker • Counselors, etc. records to high school credits • Graduation Facts • Graduation requirements periodic checks with students using “Graduation Progress” from PowerSchool

  5. STUDENT RECORD UPDATES • District audits begin 8/26 according to schedule attached • Monthly meetings will resume for more thorough training for secondary counselors • Graduation Progress page in PowerSchool is setup for all high schools • Online transcript service available

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS • Active students • School responsibility-Keep log • Remind current students that transcript requests will not be processed on Parchment • NCAA Requests-Optional –Can go to • www.parchment.com • Inactive Students/Graduates • Go to www.parchment.com • Set up account- • Costs-$4.25 for each transcript • Mailing charge $2.00 extra
