  26. Campfires • Each Guide has to attend at least one campfire per year • Attending campfires can be forms of patrol outings or batch outings! (: • Good opportunity to see how other schools’ Scouts/ Guides work

  27. Session Proposals • No more sending of schedules via email • Schedule will be uploaded onto the website and posted up on the Guides notice board at least 1-2 days in advance • It is your responsibility to check the schedule and prepare

  30. Placing Orders • For all orders, please email/sms your coy QM directly • Pay your QM directly • Note: If you order something and find that you have it, you still have to pay

  31. Borrowing from Guides Room • Uniform parts: trefoil/belt • If you want to bring things home, you must fill in the logsheet and get a QM to acknowledge • Return by stipulated deadline (we don’t want our gadget poles supply to diminish any further!)

RECEIPT COLLECTION What to do with your receipts! • Write your Name, Coy and Patrol on it • (if necessary) Highlight the items you need reimbursements for Collection time • Just pass it to us PERSONALLY… ANYTIME!but making sure it also adheres to the one-month rule! (during Guides session or even when you see us around in school!) • Please pass it to us ASAP!

  48. Consequences Bookings for truancy will be given in very serious cases where there is a repeated lack of attendance.

  49. Excuse Letters • Excuse letters should be given to explain any lack of attendance for session (missing session in its entirety, leaving early or coming late) • Excuse letters should be submitted to the secretaries within 3 weeks of session missed

  50. Excuse Letters • Excuse letters can be passed to secretaries personally or placed in secretary’s class tray (addressed to us please!) • Any excuse letters submitted outside the timeframe of 3 weeks will not be accepted • Please help us by being on time! (:
