  1. Gilead COMPASS Initiative®: An Initiative for HIV Patients and Awareness This year has been chaotic for everyone. No one has been able to live with peace of mind due to the infamous COVID-19 pandemic. Similarly, when HIV Gilead was first found and gradually became an epidemic, people got used to living with the condition and accepting the patients suffering from it. But that is definitely not the case in the Southern United States. There are still people in society who think that HIV is a disease that is contagious and they banish the patients from society. The life of an HIV patient is not as easy as you might think. These have to deal with bullying in college, being discarded from society and being ill-treated by their own family members.
