In collaboration with our Procurement organization, E&I provided capacity, resources, and specific skills-sets to help streamline our business processes, develop and execute a new strategic sourcing strategy, effect an operational transformation, and dramatically increase eMarketplace content enablement and campus-wide adoption of our master agreement contract suppliers.
