HART CMS Overview • HART uses a web-based contract management system consisting of Oracle’s Primavera Contract Management, P6 Project Management and Microsoft’s SharePoint as the document repository. • The system provides a multi-user, collaborative document management and storage solution for all parties involved in the project. • CMS provides an easy to use, structured, and secure environment to track, store and follow-up on all project and contract documents such as meeting minutes, correspondence, letters, submittals, drawings, contracts, payment requisitions, changes and more.

  3. Overview (cont.) • File attachments in their native format or .pdf are uploaded to CMS and securely stored in the document repository. • All files are available to anyone (with access rights) to view or download using the Search, Find and Issues features. • All critical documents are linked to activities in P6 schedules ensuring important dates are met. • Reports and forms are emailed to anyone associated with the project using defined workflows for review and approvals, or using defined distributions lists.

  5. Secure Login • HART, contractors, and consultants with a CMS license are issued a username and password once approved by Project Controls.

  6. CMS Control Center • The Control Center presents you with your contract Issues, Actions and Alerts.

  7. P6 Project Management • P6 Schedules are linked and viewed through the CMS Dashboard

  8. Project Communication • Contractors submit required documents using Requests, Meeting Minutes and Correspondence logs

  9. Documents & Versioning • Files attached in CMS are stored in the document repository and are searchable. • Versions are tracked as changes are made.

  10. Review and Approvals • Contractor deliverables are submitted to HART using the submittal log and routed using email.

  11. Payment Requests • Payment Requests are entered by contractors and electronically routed for HART approval.

  12. Contract Changes • Request for Changes through the final Change Order are entered and routed for HART approvals.

  13. Field Logs • Field logs are used to document observations, non-compliance and safety documents.

  14. Alerts, Actions and Reports • PM Tools to track and control the project are used by all project participants.
