  3. Calibration And Setup Mode

  4. Enter Calibration And Setup • Use a 3/32” allen wrench, remove the left screw • Place it and O-Ring in a safe place • Insert allen wrench into left hole and lightly push on internal dip switch

  5. Enter Calibration And Setup Flashes “ELEC / SEtUP” 2000 System 3012 System Push “SELECT” button Flashes “HYD / SEtUP” (Follow calibration procedures)

  6. Remove screw Save screw Insert allen wrench Push select button Enter Calibration Mode Summary Flashes “ELEC / SEtUP” 2000 System 3012 System Flashes “HYD / SEtUP”

  7. Exit Calibration And Setup • Insert allen wrench into left hole and lightly push on internal dip switch • “HYPro” appears then…

  8. Exit Calibration And Setup • Display shows: • “0” in “FLOW” mode • Replace screw • System is operational

  9. Flowmeter Calibration

  10. Calibration By Water Flow • Enter calibration • Push “SELECT” button until light under “FLOW” is illuminated

  11. Calibration By Water Flow • Establish water flow and bleed air from pitot tube

  12. Calibration By Water Flow • Note tip size • Read pitot pressure gauge

  13. Calibration By Water Flow Tip size and pressure gauge reading determine gpm

  14. Calibration By Water Flow • Raise or lower the display to match flow chart

  15. Calibration By Water Flow • Increase or decrease pump pressure • Repeat calibration steps

  16. Calibration By Water Flow Tip size and pressure gauge reading determine gpm

  17. Calibration By Water Flow • Raise or lower display to match the 2nd reading from flow chart • Exit calibration

  18. Light under “FLOW” Pressure reading Obtain flow from chart Set water flow Repeat and verify Set water flow Calibration By Water Flow Summary

  19. Calibration By Total Water • Fill water tank • Enter calibration • Push “SELECT” button until light under “TOTAL WATER” is illuminated • Pump a known volume of water

  20. Calibration By Total Water • 1,000 gallons of water pumped • “TOTAL WATER” shows 771 gallons • Push “UP” button

  21. Calibration By Total Water • Set at 1,000 gallons • Exit calibration

  22. Calibration by Total Water Summary Pump a known volume of water Light under “TOTAL WATER” or to known volume Repeat and verify

  23. Simulated Flow

  24. Simulated Flow Default • After calibrating flowmeter, set simulated flow • Enter calibration • Push “SELECT” button until light under “FLOW” is illuminated

  25. Simulated Flow Default • In “FLOW” mode • Push the “UP” and “DOWN” buttons at same time to enter simulated flow mode

  26. Simulated Flow Default • Increase or decrease until “FLOW” reading is set to desired level

  27. Simulated Flow Default • Push “UP” and “DOWN” buttons at same time to exit simulated flow • Exit calibration

  28. Simulated Flow Summary Light under “FLOW” & to enter Lower to set flow & to exit

  29. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/StopSet-Up(Not required for Advanced Feature Controller)

  30. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop • Enter calibration • Display head will flash “ELEC”/”HYD” and “SEtUP”

  31. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop • Remove right screw • Insert allen wrench into right hole and lightly push on internal dip switch

  32. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop Press the “UP” button for Dual-Tank mode

  33. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop Dual-Tank mode Tank A Tank B

  34. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop Press the “DOWN” button for Remote Start/Stop mode

  35. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop • If a dual-tank system is in “Remote Start/Stop” mode (“PC” display reading), switching Dual-Tank Valve from Tank A to Tank B will start the foam pump

  36. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop • Exit calibration • Replace right screw

  37. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop Summary Depress switch in left then right hole or Dual-Tank Remote Start/Stop

  38. Dual-Tank Or Remote Start/Stop Summary Tank A Dual-Tank Tank B Remote Start/Stop

  39. Injection Percentage Default

  40. Injection Percentage Default • Enter calibration • Push “SELECT” button until light under “%” is illuminated

  41. Injection Percentage Default Single Tank • Raise or lower the “%” number to your desired default

  42. Injection Percentage Default Dual-Tank • Position selector to Tank “A” • Raise or lower the “%” number to your desired default

  43. Injection Percentage Default Dual-Tank • Position selector to Tank “B” • Raise or lower the “%” number to your desired default

  44. Injection Percentage Default Remote Start/Stop • Raise or lower the “%” number to desired default

  45. Injection Percentage Default Summary Dual-tank light under “%” Remote Start/Stop light under “%” Push or Select Tank A or B and push or

  46. Foam Pump Calibration

  47. Foam Pump Calibration • Located on discharge side of foam pump • Move handle from “INJECT” to “CAL/FLUSH”

  48. Foam Pump Calibration • Place a graduated container at the hose coming from the “CAL/FLUSH” valve

  49. Foam Pump Calibration • Enter calibration • Push “Select” button until light under “TOTAL FOAM” is illuminated

  50. Foam Pump Calibration • Press the “FOAM” button • Resets to 0.00 • Starts foam pump • Fill container • Press the “FOAM” button to stop
