  3. 4-H Program • Improve quality of clubs • Expand visibility of 4-H program • Increase incorporation of 4-H mission mandates • Science, Citizenship and Healthy Living • Increase involvement of 4-H Teen Leaders • Increase general 4-H participation on all levels

Ashley County 4-H • 160 4-H members (up 11.1%) • 10 4-H clubs- 1 new club • Bullseye Bandits 4-H Club • Conservative Consumer Teens 4-H • Outriders 4-H Club • Pine Hill 4-H Club • Smarties 4-H Club • Lucky Clovers 4-H Club • Portland 4-H Club • Wilmot 2nd Grade 4-H Club • Wilmot 5th Grade 4-H Club • Wilmot Science 4-H Club
