  1. Kathryn National Project Board We found the report hard to understand because there are lots of changes and new groups It is great that what Valuing People said we should be doing will carry on It’s really important that we are involved

  2. Mark Joint commissioning plans It is important that we review what we are doing We hope that after the reviews that things that are working well and making a difference will not be stopped How will we plan and make sure that people with complex needs are thought of in all our work?

  3. Eddie Learning Disability Partnership Board Annual Report-Self Assessment Will service users and carers be involved with the Health and Wellbeing Board, HealthWatch and G.P. Commissioners? In the future can we include information about how many service users and carers are involved in any plans being made? Can we ask for this information to be included in reports?
