It is very useful for one and all. The details are indicated in the next 45 slides. The tariff is off course subject to change at any time. • The efforts put in by Mr. Saini are appreciable. • Suggestions if any for improvement may be sent to Marketing Cell for updation. • -Sd- • (R.K.   4. GSM Postpaid:- GSM Plans-99, 225, 325, 525, 725, 1500 Activation Charge = Rs.100 Security:- Local+STD = Rs.500 +ISD = Rs.2000 +IR = Rs.5000 These plan are equally applicable for 2G as well as 3G GSM Service. Ramesh Saini (RMC)

GSM Postpaid:- GSM • Add-on Plan:- • Add-on Plan is available for plan-325 and • above and have completed 6 months in BSNL. • Second lower plan will be provided. • No FMC, Free calls between main and add-on number. • Account will be same. • Reduced call facility not available. • All other charges as per second lower plan. GSM GSM Prepaid:- Procedure to activate prepaid SIM:- • After filling CAF , the POS will activate • prepaid SIM(Connection) by VA SIM or by • feeding in SSoft. • The FRC can be loaded on SIM before or • after activation of that SIM. • The customer will insert SIM in handset and • wait for signal. Then he dial 123 and follow • the IVRS instruction… Ramesh Saini (RMC)

  19. GSM GSM Prepaid:- Procedure to activate prepaid SIM:- • …Now the Prepaid SIM is updated in • IN and ready for outgoing calls. • The customer can see balance and • validity by dialing *123# . • The SIM without FRC having 7 days • validity with Grace period of 15 days. Ramesh Saini (RMC)

  20. GSM Prepaid:- GSM Special Tariff Vouchers:- • STVs are used to reduced Voice call • rate, reduced SMS rate,GPRS etc. • The lot of STVs are available with 1 • day to 365 days validity. • To reduced Voice call rate:- STVs from • Rs.17 to 500 are available. Ramesh Saini (RMC)

  21. GSM Prepaid:- GSM Special Tariff Vouchers:- • To reduced SMS rate:- STVs of • Rs.13,20,33 are available. • To use unlimited GPRS for one month • the STV of Rs. 274 is available. • For unlimited LOCAL+STD, a STV of • Rs.500 is available. Ramesh Saini (RMC)

  24. GSM Prepaid:- GSM F & F Facility • F & F Facility is available in both • Postpaid and prepaid SIM. • Call rate is 1 paisa/3 sec for local and • 1paisa/sec for STD Number. • (4 Local n 1 STD no.) • Postpaid subscriber can apply in written at CSC. Ramesh Saini (RMC)

  29. 3G Postpaid plans:- 3G • All 2G postpaid plans are applicable in 3G postpaid. • Just paid Rs.25/- additional FMC and get 3G facility on your 2G postpaid plan. • To avail 3G facility like video call, fast internet the mobile should be 3G compatible. • From network selection, select automatic or 3G or UMTS mode (according to handset).   30. 3G Postpaid plans:- 3G • For GPRS in 3G there are separate plan from 2G. • Free Data usage in 3G postpaid plan are:-Plan 325-75MB , Plan 525-100MB, Plan-725-500MB, Plan 1500-1024MB . • To unlimited data usage please adopt data plans.   39. CDMA BSNL offers Data services on CDMA 2000 1X technology. A customer can avail these services by using BSNL NIC (Network Interface Card) with internet surfing speed up to 144 kbps or by using EVDO Cards with surfing speed up to 2.4 Mbps. Ramesh Saini (RMC)
