  3. Athens Clarke County Criminal/Behavioral Health Systems Data • 1842 individuals were arrested during the study window; October – December 2015 • 706 were Advantage clients (38%) • 40 were referred to Advantage but were never seen (2%) • 1096 were unaffiliated with Advantage (60%)
