  2. Kostenbeheersing Basisonderwijs 1. OD/ET: • Behoud bestaande principe: ODET = kosteloos • Sinds 1/9/2007 • Oplijsting (duidelijkheid scholen en ouders) Bijv. zakrekenmachine, passer, basispakket schrijfgerief, handboeken, … • Meer werkingsbudget

  3. Kostenbeheersing Basisonderwijs 2. Scherpe maximumfactuur • Sinds 1/9/2008 • Niet OD/ET-activiteiten tijdens de schooluren: • Bijv. toneelbezoek, boswandeling, eendaagse schoolreis, … • Verplichte niet OD/ETmaterialen + geen marge voor ouders inzake kostprijs • Bijv. tijdschrift indien verplicht

  4. Kostenbeheersing Basisonderwijs • Bedrag • Kleuter: max. 20 euro per schooljaar • Lager: max. 60 euro per schooljaar • Uitzondering: kledij indien sociale finaliteit

  5. Kostenbeheersing Basisonderwijs 3. Minder scherpe maximumfactuur • Sinds 1/9/2008 • Meerdaagse extramuros • Bijv. bosklas, sneeuwklas, … • Nooit verplicht • Bedrag • Kleuteronderwijs: max. 0 euro • Lager onderwijs (6 jaar): max. 360 euro

  6. Kostenbeheersing Basisonderwijs 4. Bijdrageregeling: • ‘Services’ naar de ouders, activiteiten buiten de schooluren, … • Bijv. maaltijden, drankjes, middagtoezicht, voor- en naschoolse opvang, extra Frans na school, … • Nooit verplicht • Sinds 1/9/2007: gevraagde kostprijs in verhouding tot de geleverde prestatie (cfr. CZB)

  7. Kostenbeheersing Basisonderwijs 5. Basisuitrusting • Materialen gepaard met het naar school gaan, link tussen tussen school en thuis • Ouders kiezen vrij • Bijv. boekentas, pennenzak, kaftpapier • School bepaalt kostprijs niet (anders scherpe maximumfactuur)
