Statement of Work:Milestones • Concept approval from Towson University- November 29, 2013! • Supplies for event, including the concert, skateboarding demo, booths, music, and other related supplies reserved- March 28, 2014. • Fill booth reservations by businesses- May 30, 2014. • Reserve professional skaters for demo- June 27, 2014. • Fill concert time with local bands- August 1, 2014. • Pre-event meeting (businesses, bands, employees) - August 15, 2014! • Event- August 30, 2014! • Meeting and Reports- September 19, 2014.
