  1. Status of the active Divider production/certification Roméo BonnefoyandFrançois Vazeille Tilecal Operation and Maintenance weekly meeting CERN (4 July 2013)  Status •  Production made by Proto Process (Evian, France). • 350 active Dividers produced and delivered. • Certification made at Clermont-Ferrand and started • - Operators: Roméo Bonnefoy, Fabrice Podlyski, Timothée Theveneaux-Pelzer. • - Many Dividers rejected (see next slides). • 50 certified Dividers and QC delivered at CERN yesterday. • Other Dividers will be delivered in several steps. 1

  2.  Certification and Quality Control sheet Tests of 10  resistor Tests of capacitors Tests of voltages: Nominal voltage sharing Measures without current Percentages/nominal without current Percentages with current/without current Test Bench of batch of 10 Dividers at 1 kV Test duration: 20 minutes (automatically) + 5 minutes (10 ) + 10 minutes handling 2

  3.  QC results • A lot of Dividers are rejected, • mainly at the level of the HV cable. • A given base can cumulate several defaults. • 79% of cables are not OK. • A specialized Cie will redo the cables. • Proto Process will put them. • Clermont-Fd team will certify again.  Next actions + Radiation tests: Hardware/Software ready  Gammas (Argonne), Neutrons (France). 3
