  3. The Consumer Support Grant Program (CSG) • What is CSG? • Our clients • Program participation • Training requirement

  4. Why eLearning? • Program participants need training and information • Client base is widely distributed geographically • In-person information sessions do not meet the needs of all clients. • Some clients own or have access to computers and the Internet.

  5. Desired Results Learners will be able to: • Decide if the CSG program is appropriate for their situation • Select goods and services that meet program criteria • Enroll in the CSG Program • Correctly complete a CSG Support Plan • Get the training they need in a timely manner.

  6. Benefits • Learners can self-screen • Information is always available • Independent training and enrollment • Better use of staff time
