  3. District Rewards • Check your Teachers’ Contract • Master Teacher committee • Master Teacher procedures • Stipends or rewards • Employee protection • Cash reward, e.g., one time stipend of $500 • LPDC reward, e.g., CEU = 2 semester hrs

  4. Eligibility requirements • Taught 7 years or more • Professional license • Work a minimum of 120 days • Work under a teaching contract

  5. Master Teacher Program • MT is now considered one requirement for the pathway for advanced levels of licensure • Senior Professional Educator License • Lead Professional Educator License • National Board Certification is another pathway for an advanced level of licensure

  11. Narrative • Limited to 12 pages • Has to be within the last 5 years • Refer to the “Ohio Standards for the Teaching Profession” • What do you want to highlight? • What evidence can you include?
