  1. TIME TO WORK Project in brief Project underEQUAL CommunityInitiative 2004-2006 Theme A: „Facilitating access and return to the labour market for those who have difficulty in being integrated or re-integrated into a labour market which must be open to all.

  2. Project objectives Increasing of employability and stimulating activity of disadvantaged groups on labor market. Minimalising barriers in using temporary employment by SME Encouraging employers for using temporary employment with reference to disadvantaged groups

  3. TARGET GROUPS • older people (45+) • youth (15-24 years) • unemployed women • people from rural areas

  5. Step 1 – Reaching target groups • reaching target groups and employers and preparing them for project participation. • using databases owned by project Partners. • Promotional campaign in media. Results1. Database of project beneficiaries 2. Database of SME’s interested in project participation

Step 2 – Identification of work positions • consultations with SMEs aimed to identify the work positions suitable to implement standards of requirements regarding to workers’ qualifications • mainly administrative and trade positions allowing for temporary employment RESULTS3. List of about 20 positions with temporary employment possibility

Step 3 – Developing standards • identification of standards of requirements for selected positions and key competences for these standards • analysis of the environment of temporary work from point of view of minimalising the risk for employer. RESULTS4. List of standards with requirements for particular positions

Step 4 – Trainings and certification process • analysis of qualifications of the beneficiaries • developing training programs aimed to improve qualifications of target group with respect to developed standards • establishing certification procedures • conducting trainings RESULTS5.   12. Promotion and mainstreaming General objectives: • reaching SMEs and interesting SME in employing of disadvantaged groups • rising credibility and extend of recognizing of certificates awarded by Partnership • press notices,project website, conferences, seminaries, leaflets, etc.
