Mini Clifden

"14 children from Ballyconneely and Aillebrack (St. Caillin's) National Schools spent 12 weeks creating these models of buildings and landmarks to be found in and around Clifden, by drawing and designing their models, printing wallpaper, weaving rugs and carpets, modelling furniture, and constructing stairs, balconies and front gardens. While the exteriors resemble the actual buildings to be found around town, the interior design was led by their own imaginations, and there are some surprises in store! The exhibition will be open to the public until Friday, the 20th of January, during library opening hours."
