GOVERNO DO ESTADO DE MATO GROSSO OBJETIVO GERAL: Apresentar para a sociedade a proposta orçamentária para 2013 (PLOA 2013) através da exposição resumida dos grandes agregados da receita e da despesa. DA TRANSPARÊNCIA DA GESTÃO FISCAL LRF, Art. 48 Parágrafo Único. A transparência será assegurada também mediante a participação popular e realização de audiências públicas, durante o processo de elaboração dos planos, lei de diretrizes orçamentárias e orçamentos.
