  1. The seven wonders of the modern world .

  2. The palm island (Dubai) The Palm Islands are two artificial islands in Dubai, in the shape of palm trees. The islands are the Palm Jumeirah and the Palm Jebel Ali. The two islands comprise approximately 100,000 cubic meters of rock and sand. All materials quarried in The UAE. On the two islands, there will be over 100 luxury hotels, residential beach-side villas and apartments, marinas, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls, sports facilities and health spas.

  3. The palm island (Dubai) The creation of the Palm Jumeirah began in June 2001. Shortly after, the Palm Jebel Ali was announced and reclamation work began. The magnificent islands are still under construction due to the difficulties manufacturers face, but many of their hotels accept visitors and offer them a unique experience.

  4. Burj Khalifa (Dubai) Burj Khalifa or Burj Dubai, is a skyscraper in Dubai and it is the tallest structure in the world made by man. It’s height reaches the 829.8 m. The construction began on 21 September 2004, and was completed on 1 October 2009. The building officially opened on 4 January 2010.

  5. The Golden Gate Bridge The Golden Gate Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning the Golden Gate strait, the mile-wide, three-mile-long channel between San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The structure links the U.S. city of San Francisco, on the northern tip of the San Francisco Peninsula, to Marin County.

  6. It is one of the most internationally recognized symbols of SanFrancisco, California and the United States. It has been declared one of the Wonders of the Modern World. Until 1964, the Golden Gate Bridge had the longest suspension bridge main span in the world, at 1,280 meters.

  7. The CN Tower The CN Tower is a 553.33 m-high concrete communications and observation tower in Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada.Built on the former Railway Lands, it was completed in 1976, becoming the world's tallest free-standing structure and world's tallest tower at the time. It held both records for 34 years until the completion of Burj Khalifa and Canton Tower in 2010. It remains the tallest free-standing structure in the Western Hemisphere, a signature icon of Toronto's skyline, and a symbol of Canada, attracting more than two million international visitors annually

  8. The Sydney Opera House Sydney Opera House is situated in the harbour area of Sydney. In our opinion, it could be included in the 7 wonders of the modern world because it has a wonderful design and architecture. It is also said that despite not being built very recently it is still considered to have great acoustics.

  9. International Space Station It was built and launched in 1998 and is orbiting the Earth with a speed of 27,744 Km/s. This makes it a technological miracle which is constantly inhabited by teams of austronauts from all over the world. It is also capable of contributing to the advancement of space exploration. Taking into consideration of all the above everyone would agree that the ISS is a wonder of our days.

  10. Poseidon resorts in Fiji This is one of the worlds first permanent one- atmosphere seafloor structures.Apart from that we are convinced that it is one of the best samples of underwater engineering which offers a unique experience to every visitor.

  11. Seikan Tunnel Japan This tunnel connects the islands of Hokaido and Honshu and it is part of a railway. it is the longest in the world and measures 53.85 Km. What is remarkable about it is that 23.3 Km of it are under the seabed.
