TRD Strap-on Gas Bottle removal and TRD pressure monitoring Spada • JMDC new program and files (power steps) Cai, Sabellek • DSP load new programs and files (including Flight Trigger) Kounine, Sabellek, Casaus, Pilo, Bindi, Ambrosi • Checking all software and files, as previous • DAQ operations at low rate (50Hz, prescale), Sabellek+Ambrosi • DAQ operations at highest rate (2-3KHz, lower TOF and ECAL thresholds), as previous • JMDC DAQ Stability (long runs without problems in “AA”, “BB” config) - shift • Test of new AB and BA configurations – Sabellek+Shift • AA, AB, BA, BB Configurations - Same • Operations with “A & B” power on E, R, S – Sabellek+Pilo, Casaus, Bindi • Star Tracker readout – Ambrosi + Lebedev +Alberti • GPS synchronization testing Lebedev+Zurbach • BRICK-5 program testing Lebedev+E, R, S Shift • TOF HV Equalization Scans – Bindi+Quadrani • ACC HV - Chung • ECAL Standalone Trigger Tests – Pilo+Rosier • Tracker Thermal Interlock Test + Shift

  3. People who need to do this work should do it while on shift. Shift Leader can coordinate • Sabellek and Cai (mostly) not on shift to monitor (fix) JMDC performance • Shift Leader to keep notes on what is going on (in elog)

  4. Power on A side • Install new JAP • Execute all the power steps • Install latest software where needed on A side electronics • Run in stable condition (short period, including trigger rate test) • Allow all Detectors to do their various tests • Finalize all the software/config file etc. for flight on A side • Run in stable condition (long period) in AA Configuration (JMDC 0, etc.) • Power on B sides of E, R, S (keep A side on) • Install latest software on B sides • Test running with power on A&B side • Power off A sides of E, R, S • Run in stable conditions in AB, BA configurations (JMDC 2, 1) • Allow all Detectors to do their various tests • Finalize all the software/config file etc. for flight on B side • Run in stable condition (long period) • Testing Tracker interlock • Turn off detectors (go to STANDBY, PDS, J, M, TT, UG on) • TRD Monitoring • Power off
