Outcomes • Define and discuss the role of Emotional Intelligence in management and leadership contexts. • Reflect and share learning and insights gained from the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 Assessment. • Explain the four skills that support using EQ in action: self awareness, self management, social awareness and relationship management. • Develop an EQ Action Plan to heighten and expand one’s personal emotional intelligence quotient.
