Internal project Web site : Status of work • CRISP organisational and technical documents (members, minutes, progress report, QAP etc.) • Deliverables : state of the art reports, indicator data sheets • Organisation of the 1st Workshop and practical info • It is a necessary work tool for the Network

  4. Public Web site : status of work • Presentation : members, context / objectives /approach / impacts • Newsletters : new version needs to be approved before publishing • Events : brief announcement of the 2 workshops • R & D ongoing works : to be filled soon (to be regularly up-dated) • End-users : not yet filled • Links : links to various sites dealing with environmental or sustainable indicators (Europe and World) - Structured according to clusters • Library : CRISP abstract and summary, State of the art reports : main report + national ones • Database : not yet - this part will welcome the DB prototype • Questions & comments : not yet used by end-users

Network of end-users : Status of work • Only 11 countries have set up their end-user group • > 400 names (but uneven lists) • Many types of actors represented • Some international experts (Europe and World) • The lists will be regularly up-dated • Some confidentiality rules to be respected • Important to know their needs and constraints • Reminder : Each country has to organise 2 meetings with its end-users within November 2001

Newsletters : Status of work • 2nd version : given to CRISP members for approval • Main changes : • objectives - context - expected impacts : shorter • benefits : attempt to describe what could be the end-users concrete questions • complex figure: suppressed • definitions and examples : indicator, indic. qualities, ex. of sets • status of work : paragraph on data sheet added • members and organisation : now close to the end • photos : to be added
