  5. What are our Objectives? • We have 3 - See hand-out

  6. What is the process? • The five AFG team members interview a series of individuals and groups.

  7. Principal, AFG Co-Chairs AFG Planning Team Administrative Team Department Chairs NPHS Leadership Team CISC AP Team HABIT Athletic Director, Student Activities Director, coaches & advisors Budget Personnel Who may be interviewed?

  8. Secretarial Staff reps. Facilities staff Guidance Counselors Nurses Librarians & Technology Staff Students – Selected Students – Random Parent Group ESC – instructional coaches, learning coordinators Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent/School Board rep Who may be interviewed?

  9. How do I know what’s happening the week the AFG team is here? • The schedule of the visitation will be emailed to NPHS prior to the visit • It will also be on the G drive

  10. What are the expectations of faculty and staff while the team is here? • Be accommodating! • Give directions when needed • Be familiar with the mission, beliefs, objectives and action plans!

  11. Will I be interviewed? • If on an interview panel, be truthful remembering we are a good school! • If you are on an interview team, you will be notified individually. • If you are on an interview team…. Sample questions will be provided.

  12. Students Groups • One – NPHS selects • Two – Students at random their pick

  13. Publicity • Morning Show • Buttons • Mr. Hynes to address student body during announcements on Nov 27.

  14. Showcase • The main showcase in the auditorium lobby – devoted to Student Activities! • Student Activities advisors: showcase items to K106 by 11/15
