Usefulness of WBI materials as external research

This presentation introduces CABRI members to a series of publications on Public Financial Management (PFM) and demonstrates the usefulness of research in informing budget reforms to strengthen policy and budget links. It discusses the need for vertical accountability mechanisms and the institutions that enable it. The presentation shares the purpose and content of the WBI Series on PFM and presents two papers from the series.
