  5. Updates from Your Home Office • In November of 2012 we launched our HiTech Capital Campaign to allow us to replace and update our IT equipment, replace exterior doors and repair our parking lot. Update from MiPrintShop.com • MiPrintShop.com has gone completely to an online service bureau.As of January 1, 2013 MiPrintShop.com released their building and equipment and are serving you through strictly the internet. • We’ll be hearing from Dave later covering Every Door Direct Marking (EDDM)

Who do you want to reach? • Congregation A: • Inner circle, board of trustees, staff, LUTs, and large donors • Congregation B: • Regular attendees, youth and family leaders, greeters/ushers, committed participants/givers • Congregation C: Occasional attendees, guest of family and friends and visitors seeking a new spiritual community • Congregation D: Public, those not yet aware or participating in your community. Future attendees.

  11. How do you reach them? • Internal audiences: (A, B and C Congregation) • Newsletters (print and digital) • Mailings • Flyers • Sunday Service Projection • Sunday Bulletins • Bulletin Board Within Your Ministry

There are some inexpensive options: Word of mouth A and B connecting with C and D - congregants talking to friends and family (Free and one of the best methods) Website (A-D) Cost already incurred be sure to use this channel and keep it up-to-date. If updating your website please listen to our call on May 10, 2012 at unity.org/testgroup . Bulletin Boards (D) Flyers in local public locations.
