Course Evaluations • Online system • https://campus.fsu.edu/course_evaluations • Order course evaluations for classroom-based and online courses • Track orders and online evaluation response rates • View course evaluation reports • Notifications and confirmations via email • Public reports • Summaries by department, college, university • Individual quantitative reports

  5. Mark-Sense Form Scanning • Multiple-choice FSU course exams • Free use of 5, 10, 99 option forms • Item analysis and score reports • Electronic reports and data transfers • Paper-based surveys (research) • Cost depends on funding • Consultation for custom form design

Testing Services • Testing center • Proctoring of high-stakes FSU course tests (computer or internet-based administration) • Proctored testing for distance learning • Coordinate proctored testing for FSU distance learning students (residing outside of main campus) • Request services one semester in advance • Complete online request for services form

Security and Integrity • Administer high-stakes tests securely • Create multiple versions of exams • Randomize questions and options (computer based) • Do not reuse identical exams • Use proctored testing conditions • Read “Ensuring Test Integrity & Security” • Anti-plagiarism • Use SafeAssign or TurnItIn
