ANATOMÍA TOPOGRÁFICA • IMPORTANCIA: cuando se reconoce o se describe una lesión, fuera o dentro de los límites corporales, se hace necesario señalar el área, región o segmento corporal, utilizando una nomenclatura lógica y comprensible, para los diversos practicantes de las ciencias forenses (médicos, juristas, técnicos criminalistas, agentes policíacos etc.)

ANATOMÍA TOPOGRÁFICA • ASPECTOS TECNICOS, son aquellos que permiten la orientación y análisis en la dinámica de las lesiones, destacándose entre ellos: • Posición anatómica, es la postura adoptada y reconocida universalmente para el estudio integral del cuerpo humano, sus relaciones orgánicas y del medio. • Superficies o caras anatómicas, están relacionadas con la posición que guarda el observador, cuando realiza la descripción anatómica.

ANATOMIA TOPOGRAFICA • Planos o secciones corporales, son trazos de límites imaginarios, que considerando al cuerpo humano como un elemento tridimensional, nos permite dividirlo en segmentos cortos: A. Plano sagital o medio antero posterior, divide el cuerpo en mitad derecha y mitad izquierda. B. Plano coronal o medio – lateral, divide al cuerpo en mitad anterior y posterior. C. Plano transversal, divide el cuerpo en porción superior y porción inferior.
