TALLER DE ARTES PLASTICAS “EL VALOR DE CREAR” ADSCRITO AL PROGRAMA ETNOCULTURAL El Taller de Artes Plásticas está programado para niños, jóvenes y adultos tanto del área rural como urbana y en el cual se cuenta también con personas en situación de discapacidad. El Taller busca desarrollar la creatividad grafica con el empleo de diversas técnicas como lápices, colores, oleos y acuarelas. Todo se desarrolla mediante un proceso continuado iniciando con el manejo del color libre y espontaneo para luego adentrarse en el dibujo, las formas y regresar al color en el oleo y la acuarela pero ya de una manera abstracta o figurativa según el gusto de cada alumno. La Exposición que se encuentra en el Museo de Arte y Tradición se encuentran los primeros trabajos de los alumnos de la Técnica al Oleo y los trabajos a lápiz son de alumnos avanzados en esta técnica y que pasan a otro nivel. Los expositores son: Oleo: Alexander Mejía Alarcón, Manuela Salazar Iglesias, Adriana Mejía Alarcón, Juan pablo Garzón, Luis Fernando Tapasco, Guillermo A. Echeverri, Helmer Augusto Tapasco y Rodrigo Díaz Díaz. Lápiz: Edwin Johan Castañeda, Luis Orlando Taborda y Rodrigo Díaz Díaz.
