  2. Doc.: IEEE 15-11-0648-00-004g CID #129 • In 802.15.4-2011, phyChannelsSupported was changed from a bitmap (2006) to a "List of channel descriptions." • The same should be done for phySUNChannelsSupported.

  3. Doc.: IEEE 15-11-0648-00-004g CID #129 • Change the type to "List of channels." Change the valid range to a dash. • Change description in Table 71 to something like: "The list of channel numbers supported when phyCurrentPage = 7 or 8." • Then, for consistency, change the description of phyMaxSUNChannelSupported by removing the following sentence: • ”It, therefore, defines the number of bits in phySUNChannelsSupported." • Also update Annex I.3 for consistency.

  4. Doc.: IEEE 15-11-0648-00-004g Recommend • Revised • Change the type to "List of channels." Change the valid range to a dash. • Change description in Table 71 to: "The list of channel numbers supported when phyCurrentPage = 7 or 8.“ • Change the description of phyMaxSUNChannelSupported by removing the following sentence: • ”It, therefore, defines the number of bits in phySUNChannelsSupported.“ • Also update Annex I.3 line 20 as shown on the next slide

  5. Doc.: IEEE 15-11-0648-00-004g Annex I.3 Change to phySUNChannelsSupported = list of the channel numbers supported

  6. Doc.: IEEE 15-11-0648-00-004g CID #130 • Figure 71a shows a 32-bit structure, following along with the definition of phyChannelsSupported from 802.15.4-2006. • However, the upcoming 802.15.4-2011 no longer defines phyChannelsSupported as a bitmap. • It is now defined as a "List of channel descriptions." • Question: should the representation in Figure 71a still be shown as a 32-bit structure?

  7. Doc.: IEEE 15-11-0648-00-004g CID #130 • Make changes, if necessary.

  8. Doc.: IEEE 15-11-0648-00-004g Recommendation • Revised • In Table 71a remove explicit bit encoding references • Each channel page will then consist of a list of items that describe a frequency band, mod scheme, and one or more PHY modes
