  2. 2003 Key Strategies and Corresponding Success Factors 2003 Key Strategies 2003 Success Factors • Maintain and develop the existing business • Benq SCM– LCL shipment, Europe main ports and NA direct shipment. • Current local/Tri-trade CIF Europe NVOCC accounts • Zylux SCM– Maintain Europe business participation , promote APLL German service to Zylux new Volkswagen program. • Solicited total solution service to Taiwan potential sporting goods customer: Minson for USA brokerage, warehouse and distribution. • Promote APLL total solution service to local computer Industrial vendor for their LDP, DDP,DDU and JIT program. • Coordiante with APLL Europe office to build own consolidation box to Europe main port. • NVO: Need competitive ocean freight from carriers. • Total solution: Need clear guideline of sales coverage and service. • clearly define from liner sales,GL sales. • Need be training of Global Logistics Service. • Need APLL internal Network integration process. • Need to learn production of whole APLL. • Need partner or alliance with air freight forwarder to accomplish customer needs.

Opportunity Threat • Customer approach by total service, as it’s coverage completely and well know. • Any provider could submit better svc in total shipment tracking. • Better Network with lower price.
