  2. projet de réhabilitation du Hameau de Paraize à Livry en un site d’hébergement touristique éclaté de qualité : PARTIE PUBLIQUE PARTIE PRIVEE association ANRES est :candidat à la gestion de la future résidence touristique pour personnes handicapées communauté de communes Nivernais-Bourbonnais est : propriétaire des 2 hectares concernés etmaître d’ouvrage de l’opération - réhabilitation du hameau Haute Qualité Environnementale - thermique, eau, … respect du bâti existant/réhabilitation et création d’emplois locaux : 2 M€+ 8 M€

Aide à la rédaction • (9 K€fonds propres Pays) projet de réhabilitation du Hameau de Paraize ETUDE de FAISABILITE - an 05 35 K€ (dont 18 437€ du CR Bourgogne/contrat de Pays) MISSIONS d’ACCOMPAGNT à MAITRISE d’OUVRAGE - an 07 33 K€ (dont 26,4 K€ du CG 58/fonds de développement des territoires)

  4. réhabilitation du Hameau de Paraize - aménagements publics et résidence touristique l’échelle temps du projet et les FONDS EUROPEENS : Fin année 2006 : CC NB -> apports sollicités/PER = 1M€ de crédits Etat (coût total - 2 M€) ASSOCIATION -> subventions auprès des collectivités territoriales = 0,6 M€ (coût total - 4,5 M€) Fin année 2007: CC NB -> subventions Etat = 0,650M€ (coût total - 2 M€) et FONDS EUROPEENS = 0,350 M€ ASSOCIATION -> subventions auprès des collectivités territoriales = 0,3 M€ + ? (coût total - 8 M€) et FONDS EUROPEENS = 0,4 M€/ dossier à déposer
