National Support Unit progress • NSU structure and function discussed in Cambodia, PRC, Lao PDR and Viet Nam • NSU to be established in Cambodia, Lao PDR and Viet Nam; NSU and 2 PSUs to be established in PRC • General positions in each NSU / PSU • Project Coordinator/ Manager; in-kind contribution • Project Implementation Assistant • Finance & Administrative Assistant • Project Accountant/ Accounting Assistant • Other assistant positions as may be required • NSU recruitment will be under LoAs

NSU priorities for November 2012 to June 2013 • Recruitment of NSU staff / resources • Development of detailed work plan for country including activity timelines (in coordination with EOC staff) • Activity implementation including lead role in institutional needs assessment • Data collation & capacity building for development of Environmental Information System (EIS) • Capacity building • Orientation Workshop on Finance & Administration after LOA has been signed • EOC-Conducted M & E Workshop

  4. Implementation Frameworks and Procedures (IFP) • Procurements • Competitive basis • Three (3) quotations • Single Source Procurement • Recruitments • CMS • Consultants • Resource Persons • Admin & Support Staff • EOC Business Procedures • Recruitments • Procurements • Mission Travel • Etc.
