CILJEVI/ GOALS  Odlukom o donošenju i provođenju Regulacionog plana „Poljoprivredno-industrijske zone – Gajevi“ u Vrapčićima broj 01-25-146/03. od 18.02.2003. godine utvrđen je način izgradnje i uređenje ovog prostora, a sve prema navedenom Regulacionom planu. Površina obuhvata plana iznosi cca 30,00 ha. Na prostoru obuhvata plana predviđeni su slijedeći sadržaji: • Objekti - otkup poljoprivrednih proizvoda (voća, povrća i dr.) • Objekti za preradu voća i povrća (sušenje i kiselenje) • Objekti za otkup ljekobilja i šumskih plodova • Objekti za skladištenje preradu, pakovanje i distribuciju prehrambenih proizvoda • Objekti za diskontnu prodaju • Objekti za prodaju poljoprivrednih mašina, alata i građevinskog materijala • Objekti za izradu, finu montažu, prodaju stolacije i namještaja • Objekti za proizvodnju i prodaju cvijeća (staklenici, plastenici kao i otvoreni prostori) • Objekti za proizvodnju, skladištenje i prodaju sjemenskog sadnog materijala • Zelene površine (visoko rastinje, nisko rastinje, travnjaci i dr.) • Benzinska pumpa sa pratećim sadržajima • Interne saobraćajnice i javni parking prostori. Trenutno na prostoru obuhvata ovog Regulacionog plana izgrađeno je pet (5) poslovnih objekata. Resolution on proclamation and implementation of the Regulation plan „Agrocultural – Industrial zone Gajevi“ in Vrapčići no. 01-25-146/03. Publication date 18.02.2003. determined the way of construction and planning of the area, according to Regulation plan. The area of coverage is cca 30,00 ha. Following contents should be implemented : • Objects - repurchase of agricultural products (fruits, vegetables etc.) • Objects for producing fruits and vegetables (drying , pickling) • Objects for repurchasing herbs and forest fruits • Objects for storage , adaptation ,packing and distribution of food products. • Object for discount sales • Objects for sellling agrocultural machines, tools and construction materials. • Objects for producting, assemblage, selling of carpentry and furniture • Object for producting and selling of flowers (hothouses, greenhouses and open spaces) • Objects for producting, storage and selling of planting seed materials. • Green areas (high vegetation, low vegetation, lawns etc.) • Gas station with additional objects • Internal roads and public parking areas. Currently in the area of coverage tof this Regulation plan, there are five (5) bussiness objects.

FOR EVERY BUSINESS OBJECT DETERMINED IN THE REGULATION PLAN CONSTRUCTION PARCEL IS FORMED AND IT'S AREAS ARE: • TWO (2)CONSTRUCTION PARCELS A= 4500-5000 m2 • SIX (6) CONSTRUCTION PARCELS A= 5500-6500 m2 • SIX (6) CONSTRUCTION PARCELS A= 7000-7500 m2 • FOUR (4) CONSTRUCTION PARCELS A= 8000-8500 m2 • TWO (2) CONSTRUCTION PARCELS A= 9500-10500 m2 • ONE (1) CONSTRUCTION PARCELS A= 14,700 m2 --------------------------------------------------- TOTAL: A= 166.200,00 m2 • BESIDE BUSINESS OBJECTS WITHIN A BUSINESS ZONE „GAJEVI“ FOLLOWING CONTENTS ARE DEFINED: • INTERNAL ROADS cca 4.300,00 m • PARKING SPACES (MOTOR VEHICLES ONLY) cca 235 P.P. • PARKING SPACES (TRUCKS ONLY) cca 22 P.P. • ROAD RESERVES • GREEN AREAS (HIGH VEGETATION , LOW VEGETATION, LAWNS ETC.)
