  4. Lets begin by exploring the cities of New Zealand… Image: http://www.whatsonnz.com/City/hamilton/

  5. During our last lesson we learnt that a city meant you are surrounded by lots of buildings, lots of cars and lots of people The most important part of a city however is… Image: http://www.peter-thomson.co.uk/new_zealand/auckland.html

  6. People Image: http://www.flickr.com/groups/panasonicfz50/discuss/72157620461474705/

  7. People are an important part of the city because they help make decisions on how the city will look and how people will live and work in a city … Sometimes there are many things that need to be done to help a city grow… People are very important in today’s cities even the city you live in This sometimes involves everyone having to vote on what is more important Many years ago a city could not be named a ‘city’ unless there were enough people in the area… If we were asked to choose which is more important for the city – making it look good or making sure all people have warm houses, which would you choose? Maybe a class vote will help make a final decision.
