  6. Recruiting • Define the Scope • The Supply trainee program is a process where we aim to develop young talents who will be ready to assume leadership roles with supply with the right foundation and training. • The recruiting will take place in local markets, however, the profile of the potential employee must be that he/she is mobile and willing to work in other plants / countries in the zone and potentially beyond. • They will grow like everybody else in the pace of their talent, competences and results. • The idea of the program is not to give a “free pass” to the trainees, but on the contrary, to challenge them, as well as all our employees, with very high expectations within the organization.

  7. What are we looking for? • Last year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years) from top universities of the countries where InBev has operations. • Ambitious, talented and result oriented people who should be tough to be exposed to stretching positions very early in their careers and be able to overcome pressure and frustration by being self driven. We expect them to be ambassadors of InBev’s Culture. • They should be able to lead, influence and inspire colleagues towards the achievement of goals keeping strong ethical behavior, not compromising values. They must also be mature and humble enough to be fast learners, still keeping strong critical judgment channeled to action and execution. • We expect from them a fast growing career.
