Ford Motor Company (Thailand) Ltd.Undergraduate Trainee Program • Objectives • Ford • Building connection with university in Thailand • Building future employee frontline to fit with Ford Motor Company • Students : Interns students gain from this program • Familiarization with business and operations of Ford • Working experience environment in different work areas • Working experience with people in real situations • Trainee Qualification • Engineering Field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, IE) • Study in 3rd year with GPA at least 2.5 • Ability to communicate in English both spoken and written • Strong maturity, interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills • Trainee’s Selection : Qualified Student Trainee will be interviewed by frontline and • recruitment Team • Period of the program : 2-6 months
