  7. Pleasure • Regardless of subjective variation, pleasure feels good and if we are not seeking it relentlessly, at least most of us appreciate it greatly when it occurs, trying to maintain it or enhance it.

Pleasure and Positive Experience • Pleasure: research- experiential quality(of experience) quantity (frequency, variety) • Pleasure is multidimensional- sometime can be accompanied by both negative and positive feelings simultaneously • Bitter-sweet: Playing exceptional in a game but losing, sad song, vigorous workout… Can you think of other examples? • Pleasure can result from adding a stimulus or subtracting it.
