  4. Select the appropriate tab for the primary product to quote

  5. EASE Quoting IM plans

  6. Starting a QuoteFor demonstration purposes – Major Medical Quote selected herePlease note - When outside of the Open Enrollment period the QLE question will appear.Click on a Hyperlink to see more details

  7. Save a copy of the quote and hit Ok.

  8. Once saved, select Begin Submission If choosing this option, you as the agent will receive full credit for the sale, but the onus of completing the health history is on the client

  9. Step 2: Submission

  10. Complete demographic and personal information for all applicants. If the client does not have a valid email account, check the box .

  11. Complete Previous Insurance details as applicable

  12. Choose your submission path…. Option 1 Option 2 Option 3

  13. Option 2 - (OVS)- Client will attest online later Most commonly used Agent completes health history Agent will send an email to the applicant to attest to the accuracy of the health history and attest to all authorizations online Agent cannot attest on behalf of the applicant

  14. If it is outside of open enrollment QLE will appear and details must be completed for IM submissions

  16. There are 3 steps to complete the submission… * If bundling multiple products advise the client that there will be multiple application numbers.

  17. Congratulation!– the online verfication process has been sent to to your client. To ensure placement remind and follow up with your client to ensure they complete the Online Verification process.
