In addition the employee in the picture was serving food and handling cash without wearing gloves nor washing his hands as required. Chase field 04/16/14*Health and safety/guest satisfaction/loss of revenue At 1:02pm after a 16 minute wait for garlic fries the ECS specialist was served these fries at a 118 degrees and covered in grease. The specialist asked for a new order and after another 9 minutes they were served a new order that was at proper temperature. The specialist did find a supervisor and brought it to her attention, the audio and video of that dialogue is available in the full report. When holding foods for service, always remember to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Hot-holding equipment must be able to keep foods at a temperature of 135ºF or higher….. Soon after a family of 4 walked up and tried to order 4 pepperoni pizzas, the specialist waited at the stand to see how long it would take until they were served. At 1:37pm the family was finally served. The specialist noticed that only 4 pizzas had been delivered so went back to the stand to order another pizza and was told they were out again. Chase field 04/16/14Guest service/loss of revenue At 2:17pm the specialist order the D-Bat dog, when the specialist asked to not include jalapeños they were told they could not serve one with out jalapeños and described to the specialist the entire process of how the dog is prepared the night before and cooked. As you can see the specialist tried to pull the dog apart, (bottom slide) and despite a very good grip and pull, the hot dog resembled the same characteristics as a rubber band.
