    5. 5 New Provision – From Six Months Employer incentives Two elements –recruitment subsidy (Ł1,000) and training subsidy (up to Ł1,500) Self Marketing voucher Enhanced Voluntary offer –Includes expenses Enhanced Self Employment offer LSC funded provision – up to 8 weeks full time.

    7. 7 Flexible New Deal Stage 1 - Self Managed Job Search (weeks 1-12) All customers will have an initial skills screening (at NJI) and attend a Back to work session Stage 2 - Directed Job Search (weeks 13- 25) At week 13 weekly job search reviews will be carried for 6 six weeks. At Week 19 targeted extra PA reviews to follow up the agreed actions from the 13 week review. Stage 3 - Supported Job Search (weeks 26 to 51) This will replace the New Deal Gateway and will include a more in-depth skills health which will allow them quicker access to intensive support. Note -There will be adviser case loading for 25+ customers at this stage (which is 12 months earlier than current New Deal Regime)Note -There will be adviser case loading for 25+ customers at this stage (which is 12 months earlier than current New Deal Regime)

    8. 8 Regional Employability Framework Alignment of Funding, Services, Labour market intelligence, Diagnostics and Targets Ensure Employers are key to service design Enable inactive/disengaged unemployed people to move into and progress in sustainable jobs with training Enable sub-regional and local partnerships to flexibly deliver services Overall achieve cohesion through collaboration
