  2. INTRODUCTION Innovation means introducing something new, the thing newly entered, novelty or reform, or: - Introducing something new, - New idea, method or device,

  3. INTRODUCTION Innovation – introducing the new or significantly changed products, services, processes or solution in the organization and operation. Innovative activity – all activities of a scientific, technical, organizational, financial and trade character, which main aim is to develop and implement an innovation. Innovation in an economic dimension – the enterprises’ ability to continuing the research and practical use of research results, development works, new conception together with the new ideas and inventions.

  4. Introduction The “innovation” term may have another dimension – in a business practice, many companies understand the innovation on its own way. These definitions are the results of company’s adopted strategy. Innovation, also, can be seen as a process, whose result is innovation indeed. The company’s unknown product is an innovation’s result, when it will be used in a practice, it become an innovation itself.

Enterprises’ innovation The most important factors of company being innovative are as follows: a) capability to permanent innovation or creation generation, b) skill to use the innovative company’s potential to keep strong competition position, based on key competencies, c) ability to predict the future and think in a perspective way, d) constant connection with the customers, to get know their present and future needs, e) having a team of creators, innovators, who guarantee a high innovative level of the company, f) having the appropriate information range, g) flexibility to adapt in the changing operating conditions,

  11. Conclusion Innovation is the key factor that affects the success of the company and results in an overall increase in competition in the current era of globalization. Finding and implementing the changes that are synonymous with innovation not only allow the company to survive in an ever changing environment, but also enable its future expansion.

  12. Conclusion Innovation should be considered in the context of one of the main strategic goals of the company - sustainable and continuous development of the company's competitive advantage, which contributes significantly to the success of the enterprise market.
