  3. School Policies and Practices • Should reflect society’s underlying values and philosophy. • All school employees should be stakeholders. • Embody the school’s beliefs relative to sociological character of the institution.

  4. School Organization and Leadership • Will enhance or detract from developing learning communities. • Does it prepare students for multicultural and democratic societies? • Top-down leadership is unlikely to create a collaborative, caring cultures. • Democracy is discussed but fail to practice shared decision making. • School stakeholders; such as, students, teachers administrators, parents and community members, create a multicultural hub. • Parental involvement enhances student learning.
