Points to remember • Maintain asset register, scheme register , complaint register and update regularly • Job cards should be available with the workers • Implement the work as per vetted estimate • Books of accounts should be updated • Ensure technical supervision by Nirman Sahayak/ Job assitant to all schemes for proper preparation of MB/MS • Conduct social audit , if not already done

Points to remember • Musterroll should be available at the work site for taking attendance • Arrange for immediate submission of musterroll by the supervisors • Musterrolls should be signed by Nirman Sahayak/Job Assistant and Pradhan/E.A./Secretary. • Ensure preparation of estimate is done by N.S./J.A. by field verification.
