  4. Unit 6: personal management: June 16-june 22 Unit Outcomes Personal management involves learning effective coping techniques to manage the stress in your life. In the last unit, you learned time management skills. Using stress management techniques along with time management will help you learn how to plan, organize, and prioritize your daily activities to make the most out of your study time and at the same time keeping your stress manageable.
